Frequently asked questions

How do I get started?

Book a free initial telephone chat. We'll talk through your concerns and help you choose the most suitable assessment pathway.

Are appointments face to face?

Yes. All assessments and clinical appointments take place in person at our Wellbeing Clinic, 124 Thorpe Road, Norwich. Telephone and email support is also available by appointment.

How long until I receive my report?

You receive a comprehensive clinical report within 21 working days of your assessment.

From what age do you assess children?

We undertake formal ADHD diagnosis from age 6, and screen and diagnose autism from age 3.

Can you prescribe if I was diagnosed elsewhere?

Yes, if your diagnosis is NICE and DSM-5 compliant.

Is the cost of medication included?

No. The £425 titration fee covers prescriber appointments, monitoring and prescriptions. Medication is bought directly from a pharmacy.

Does QbCheck diagnose ADHD?

No. QbCheck is an objective measure used as one part of a full clinical assessment. It cannot confirm or rule out ADHD on its own.

What if I don't meet the diagnostic criteria?

You still receive clear guidance, recommendations and next steps.

What is your cancellation policy?

For assessments, cancellations within 7 working days or non-attendance are charged in full; rescheduling within 4 weeks costs £150; changes outside 4 weeks cost £55. Coaching sessions need 48 hours' notice.

Can Access to Work pay for coaching?

If you're eligible, Access to Work may reimburse our neurodiversity coaching costs.
