What is Access to Work?
Access to Work is a UK Government grant scheme that helps people with disabilities or long-term health conditions — including ADHD and autism — to start or stay in work. It can fund coaching, specialist equipment, travel costs or mental health support.
If you are eligible, you may be able to claim our neurodiversity coaching (or “job coach” support) through the scheme. Once approved, Access to Work may reimburse coaching costs.
Our coaching process
Observation
Our practitioner completes an observational assessment — how you move, pay attention, your body language and behaviours like fidgeting — to build a coaching plan based on real-life challenges and strengths.
Motivational interview
We explore how ready you are to understand your neurodivergence and how you want to grow. If you feel ready, we move into the full programme.
Employment coaching sessions
Drawing on your diagnosis, observation and assessments, each session addresses what works, what doesn't, and how to build on your strengths.
What we cover

How your neurodivergence affects emotions, attention and working style — and how traits can be strengths.
Lifestyle & balance

Identifying strengths
Building on strengths and communicating them to colleagues and managers.
Emotion awareness
Recognising triggers and managing responses effectively.
Goal setting
A “Success Plan” with SMART goals, reviewed as you progress.
