I cannot recommend Different Minds (ADHD-ASD Norfolk) highly enough. From start to finish the service has been exceptional, professional, thorough and genuinely caring. The whole team has been so supportive and accommodating, going above and beyond to help us, especially during a particularly challenging time. Honestly I do not know where to begin. The support from all the team at ADHD-ASD Norfolk has been fantastic right from the first contact. They have gone above and beyond for me and my daughter, I can not rate them high enough. The communication and the time they take with you to get the right support and advice is incredible. The whole experience of seeking a diagnosis for my son at ADHD Norfolk was exceptional. The team went above anything I would expect. They took into account that we had been let down by the NHS system and the toll that had taken on family life, doing their upmost to move things along speedily and giving great advice along the way. The difference with ADHD Norfolk is that they have lived experience of neurodiversity and its effects. Therefore the service is people-centred, compassionate and comes from a place of understanding. They diagnosed my daughter in 2023 and helped her with understanding herself better and were on the end of the phone, whenever we needed advice. They have recently diagnosed my son and have made sure that things move quickly because of our time pressures. Not only did they take a lot of the anxiety away surrounding the time limitations, they were also quick to help with other things. For example - offering a supporting letter for an appeal we were making to school. When life is tough and fraught with admin, including extra admin for families with neurodiversity in the mix, their genuine care and response made all the difference. This is the second time using Different minds - ADHD/ASD, and the team were equally as impressive the second time round. They have diagnosed two of our children, one with ADHD and one with ASD, and the process for both was super impressive. They genuinely listen to you and it’s evident that they actually care. Both times, the whole process was speedy, yet detailed, with staff that all have vast knowledge of neurodiversity. Not only did they care about my children, but they cared about how challenging it is for you as a parent of neurodivergent children. They even managed to interact with my daughter in a warm and caring manner and she typically ignores people and refuses to engage. And Graham is super responsive, approachable and helped put my mind at rest more than once. Thank you, everyone at Different Minds. You are all amazing.

I highly recommend this company to care for, and support the whole family; this diagnosis (and care from the team) has been life changing and my son has transformed into a stable young man in top sets for every subject. It’s like joining a family.

ADHD Norfolk have been incredible with my son especially when he was facing challenges at school. We will be forever grateful for their support. My 6 year old recently went to have a screening and then went on to have an ASD assessment resulting in a diagnosis. Right from the enquiries stage through to diagnosis everyone has been very helpful, informative and friendly, nothing is too much and no question too silly. I have used ADHD Norfolk for 3 of my children. Very in depth with the assessment and decent prices for the assessments. I would highly recommend 5* Graham, Jeanette and the team were always forthcoming in depth with the discussions they had with me regarding the full process etc very helpful and informative. They have always replied to all my calls, messages and emails offered further support after the diagnosis of my children, always been on hand if I need any advice regarding matters relating to my children’s diagnosis. As a whole I can’t fault the team keep doing what you are doing you have always been available to offer the support when needed please keep up the hard work you all do as a team……

ADHD Norfolk Clinic did a wonderful job with my daughter's ASD assessment. The whole process was fast, clear, and extremely professional. I also want to thank Ryan Dakin/coach. Ryan has been absolutely wonderful. My daughter had previously worked with two other coaches/therapists, and unfortunately nothing really worked for her. But since she started working with Ryan in September, recommended by ADHD Norfolk Clinic, everything has changed. His approach is gentle, supportive, and truly understands her ASD needs. I can see her progress every single day — in her confidence, her emotional regulation, and the way she feels understood and safe with him. Ryan’s work has made a real difference in our life, and I am deeply grateful for the care, patience, and dedication he gives her. I couldn’t recommend him more.
