Relationship coaching
If you are an adult with ADHD you have probably been struggling for most of your life, and it can get more complicated in a relationship. Maybe you have ADHD and your partner misunderstands you? Perhaps your partner has ADHD and you are frustrated by their behaviour? Either way, you are in the right place.
- Forgetting birthdays, appointments or conversations
- Distraction leading to a burnt dinner or an overflowing bath
- Feeling that one of you never listens or finishes things
A coach works with you both to help you understand one another, offering non-judgemental guidance, support and encouragement.
What coaching can do for you
Clarify goals
Set clear goals and priorities.
Find solutions
Work out practical solutions to everyday problems.
Move forward
Get from where you are now to where you want to be.
Your coach is an emotionally neutral person who helps you take an objective view of your situation, guides you through each step, and encourages you to stay accountable for the actions you commit to.
How it works in practice
Your coach helps you identify the areas you most need to work on and set short- and long-term goals. Sessions last one hour and usually take place weekly. Alternative support may be offered between sessions if needed.
Cost
Appointments are payable at the time of booking. We require 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours are non-refundable; those cancelled before 48 hours can be rescheduled.
